We disprove longstanding, erroneous assumptions that pharmacological complications and/or "the disability" are at the crux of so much poor health for people with specialized needs. And as the cherry on top of this performance-based cake, we keep demonstrating that healthier meals don't have to cost more than less-nutritious options. Further, My25 impacts a majority of individuals (not just the 5% most at-risk) by improving clinical health, social health (SDoH), person-centered choice, engagement, and enjoyment of life—all while medical care/medication costs and grocery expense decrease (My25 is the nation's SNAP maximizer).

For My25 Choice subscribers (LTSS and HCBS settings), we simultaneously enhance operational efficiencies . . . streamlining/foolproofing inexperienced, high turnover staff to meet stakeholder, compliance, accreditor, and licensor expectations.

We span 36 states, hundreds of subscribing organizations, and tens of thousands of people with specialized needs—including individuals with IDD, behavioral and mental health challenges, Down syndrome, autism, and TBI; clients in recovery and rehabilitation; the elderly; and even some in mainstream sectors. These individuals live in waiver, supported/independent living, smart home, home-based, and ICF settings.

Our co-founders, Jim Vail and Sylvia Landy, sold their first start-up as a nationwide entity to a Fortune 500 healthcare leader. You can't keep highly successful, social-impact drivers—two Northwestern Kellogg MBAs—from further innovating and orchestrating positive change.

Today, Jim and Sylvia spearhead all aspects of Mainstay/My25 with their dedicated team of nutrition, preventive health, disease management, culinary, grocery, engagement, education, technology/A.I., human services and business professionals & partners. My25's nutritional basis centers on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, the USDA's Healthy Eating Index, rebalancing the plate, moderation vs. deprivation, and that super nutrient: fiber.
